8 Week MSC Program
There will be no 8 week MSC programs for the remainder of 2017.

The program consists of 8 weekly classes and a half-day retreat. Program activities include meditation, short talks, experiential exercises, group discussion, and home practices.
Suitable for new and experienced practitioners of Mindfulness meditation.
TBA - includes course fee, handbook, audio meditations and weekly resources.
